How Do I Book?
To book a photography session or request my services, fill out the contact form and I will reach out within the next 24 business hours during the week.
Do you require a deposit?
When you book our photography services , the deposit reserves your time so we do not allow anyone else to book during that time! No deposit = no guaranteed booking.
When should I to pay the remaining balance for my shoot and what form of payments do you accept?
You are encouraged to pay the remaining balance of your invoice after our session. We prefer you pay your invoice via card , however you can also pay via cash or check. Failure to not pay your remaining balance results in no final images being sent over.
Do I get to keep all of the images? Even the unedited ones?
Only the images you select for retouching will be delivered. Additional retouched photos can be purchased for $15 each. RAW files are not included but all RAW files from the session can be purchased for a flat fee of $50.
How should I arrive to my session?
Please arrive fully dressed with hair and makeup done ready to start your session!
If extra time is needed prior to the session, this needs to be communicated and approved prior to our session.
Can I film during my session?
Yes , you may record during your photoshoot. We ask that you are mindful and respectful to others that may be in the studio .
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations : Deposits are non-refundable and a new session will need to be booked and another deposit will need to be paid.
Rescheduling : You may reschedule 72 hours prior to our session, as this allows time to reschedule the studio if needed.
What if I’m running late?
You have a 15 minute grace period.
After 15 minutes your session start time, your session is considered a no-show and will need to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable and a new session will need to be booked.
If you arrive within the 15 minute grace period, we will start taking photos as soon as you arrive and utilize the remaining time of your session. You are welcome to book extra time if no one has booked the studio after us.
How many photos will I receive?
The number of photos you receive will be based on the photography package you chose. Number of final images receiving may vary if we discussed more images in the final delivery. Additional photos can be purchased.
What happens if I don't like something in my final edited photos?
You have 24 hours from the date of final image delivery to request any minor adjustments. After this timeframe, any additional edits or modifications will be considered outside the scope of the original agreement, and may incur a fee.
Please note that Zxent Photography maintains a distinct editing style that reflects our creative vision and expertise. We kindly ask that you consider this when finalizing your booking to ensure our style aligns with your preferences.
Can I bring a friend or family along with me to my shoot?
You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member, just please let us know beforehand for safety purposes. Please note that some studios have a maximum occupancy limit, so additional guests may be restricted based on the space.
Do you travel ?
Yes!
Sessions outside of the standard studio require a small travel fee. This varies depending on distance.
Services needed outside of the State of Indiana will require travel accommodations .
Does the non-refundable deposit go towards my final price?
Yes, this goes toward the studio to secure our reserved time and the remaining balance is due on shoot day!
Do I need to bring anything to my session?
It is recommend to bring items you would like photographed. Feel free to bring your own props if you want a specific look.
